Pours red/light mahogany with decent off white head. Earthy and floral hops up front. Flavor is all sweet malt up front with the hop bitters taking over through the middle and finish. Decent overall, but would question bitter for sure.

(12oz bottle- Red Wagon Shoppe, Rochester MI) great floral nose, more bitter than a lot of real English ESBs. slight malty caramel in the finish. well balanced.

only a mild bitterness, which is actually fine by me. some heavy floral notes going on in this one. pretty sweet, with some fruity notes like a peeled red apple and some cherry and carmel. decent

12 oz bottle-pours a foamy tan head. Color is amber. Aroma is musty, balanced malt & hops. The taste follows nicely. 071022-rerate

Bottle. Medium, creamy, off-white head with large bubbles. Deep, clear, amber-red hue. Big caramel/toffee aroma. Also, cherry skins, floral and grassy hops. Moderately sweet, lightly bitter flavor. Moderately sweet, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Smells good but the flavor just isn’t as strong. Caramel seems absent in the taste.

Pours a nice deep clear red with a medium off-white head. Caramel and biscuit in the nose. Flavor has notes of toasted malt, caramel, toffee and a generous helping of bittering hops. Pleasantly sweet, nicely balanced with the bitterness. Medium bodied with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. Overall, nicely done.

An orange and caramel aroma. A dark amber aooearance. A very malty flavor with a hint of caramel and some orange peels. The body is somewhat thin and the aftertaste is slightly bitter. Overall not bad.
