The nose is earthy, mildly sweet, malty, some corn, definitely malt prominent with a nice hop juxtaposition. The flavor showcases a dry earthy bitterness laid against a prominent malt backbone. There was a mild roasted malt aroma. There was a nice & light malty sweet taste that led to a slightly dry finish. A good refreshing beer.
