COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stoudts Scotch-style ale features a deep, burnished-copper color, sweet and very full-bodied palate, and well-defined characteristics of roasted and peat-smoked malt. This beer is brewed from the finest European ingredients and uses one of the few ale yeasts that ferments cool (55) and is cold-conditioned or lagered for six weeks prior to bottle-conditioning.
