Commercial Description:
A strong, full-bodied Belgian Abbey-style beer. The traditional yeast strain that is used imparts a rich array of spicy and fruit-like flavors. The prominent clove and melon notes are complemented by the sweetness and alcoholic warmth of the beer. The appealing color of glowing orange makes this brew irresistible.

Poured a golden color with no head. Smelled malt, yeast and fruit...maybe melone? The taste wasn’t bad, but didn’t have much of a mouthfell. Not bad...not a top tripel however.

Poured deep orange with a creamy white head. Aroma was sweet and yeasty, spices, tart, and banana. Flavor was just bitter and medicinal. Dry malty bread finish. The flavor was so bad this was a DRAIN POUR!

Bottle. Light copper, with thin off-white head. A bit cloudy, with streams of carbonation. Typical Belgian aroma of yeast, malt and esters from a long fermentation. Spicy and warming, with the alcohol not evident until the finish.
