Apr 5, 2007 Poured a golden color with no head. Smelled malt, yeast and fruit...maybe melone? The taste wasn’t bad, but didn’t have much of a mouthfell. Not bad...not a top tripel however.

Apr 2, 2007 Poured deep orange with a creamy white head. Aroma was sweet and yeasty, spices, tart, and banana. Flavor was just bitter and medicinal. Dry malty bread finish. The flavor was so bad this was a DRAIN POUR!

Mar 22, 2007 12oz bottle-pours a white head and cloudy dark gold color with effervescence. Aroma is candy sugar, medium fruit, medium malt-sweet. Taste is lots of candy sugar, medium fruit, medium malt, alcohol. OK/mild carbonation.

Mar 17, 2007 Bottle. Light copper, with thin off-white head. A bit cloudy, with streams of carbonation. Typical Belgian aroma of yeast, malt and esters from a long fermentation. Spicy and warming, with the alcohol not evident until the finish.
