| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 12, 2007 Picked up this semi-local bottle in town, and poured into a tulip glass. Came out a cloudy orange-amber color with a small, off-white, bubbly head, mostly around the rim of the glass. Aroma was a good mix of caramel malt and fruits with some citrus hops, and maybe a touch of floral and piney hops too. The taste was very sweet with a fainter sour finish. The texture was smooth and very full and wet, with only small carbonation. Overall a pretty good ale that fit its intended style well. ChillCoat (1029), Concord, California, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Bottle from drewbeerme. Murky copper color with a big, ivory head. Sweet malt aroma dominated by bananas. Clean and sweet. Bananas and fruits- I’ll give it melons but the cloves aren’t coming across for me. Slightly hot but just right to the line without going over it. Sweet finish with alcohol. I’d be proud to brew a Triple this good. TURDFERGUSON (1598), Carrboro, North Carolina, USA

Thanks Andrew! hazy orange with a small, well carbonated white head. Nose and flavors are sweet and spicy. Some melon, grapefruit, oak, pepper, corn flakes (and syrup), alcohol, and yeast. NIce, but missing a little bit at the end. Balance just seems a little off. Still. a nice american adaptation. grandet (479), Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 1, 2007 bottle - Pours dark amber with a moderate head. Citrus, yeast, and malt aroma. The flavor is sweet with some mild spice and citrus. Medium bodied and rather lively on the palate, it goes down easily with a warming 9% abv. TheBeerBaron (219), Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 24, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy organe color with quick fading head. Awesome aroma of citrus, corriander, and clove. Light and lively pallete a bit too spicy on the tongue though. Sweet alcohol flavor with raisincitris and honey. I imagine this is similar to mead. Sweet and strong, not at all bitter. But a little too sweet
