This beers pours dark red and has a lot of yeast. The head is more like an IPA in appearance because it is less cloudy then a typical triple. The head is not as creamy as one would expect from a tripel. The taste is dominated by the alcohol and has wheat and fruit flavors in it as well. The problem is the bitterness is like an IPA. IPAs are the strongest asset of this brewing company in my opinion. This is not as good. The finish has a lot of hops in it. I liked it, but the finish was not like a tripel in my opinion. Pretty good and worth the shot.

Pours a cloudy amber with an off white head. Aroma is spicey, fruity, and alcohol. Flavor is full bodied with a nice sweet and alcoholic quality with a bit of spiciness and hops.

poured a copperish color with a small quickly diminishing white head, aroma of fruit, spice, sweetness, as well as for the delicous taste, this was good and smooth, just the way i like them strong and smooth.

Pours a golden color with orange hues. Thin white head. Decent lacing. Aroma of yeast, spice, bubblegum, and banana. Flavor of spice, yeast, and citrus fruits/banana with an alcohol warmth. Rather enjoyable.

Spicy and yeasty aroma. Reminds me of coriander. A bit darker and heaviers than I am used to for a triple. Big white creamy head. A bit on the sweet and malty side of the equation. Nice orange tastes. Pretty alcohol on the finish. Lasts long and smooth in your mouth.

2006 x-mas gift from amy. clear orange with a disappearing white fluffy head. warm fruity bubble gum aroma. hint of clove and vanilla. flavor sweet banana bubble gum with toasted nutty notes and hints of clove. spicy clove medium dry finish. strong vanilla presence throughout with a hint of tart green apple and white grapes as well. warm alcohol on finish. creamy mouthfeel. lively carbonation. nice complex. i enjoyed this one quite a bit.

Copper color and surprising great taste.Rich thick palate and great smell and very smooth.Worth a try.

Very good rendition. Dark carmel/orange color with no head. Tastes sweet with right mixture of spice and clove. 12oz bottle
