On tap at Blue Dog Pub, Lansdale, PA. Amber color, nice frothy head and good lacing. This is just as advertised, a hoppy amber ale with a lot of caramel and english like grainy malts. Hops were pine/resin and were there in good quantities. Some slight off flavors of buttery/diacetyl that wasn’t quite pleasant took a bunch a way from this.

Reviewed from notes.
Pours a moderate brownish color with a white head with some pretty good staying power. The nose brings some light hopping as well as a bit of spice. Some caramel malt. The taste is caramel malt and bread overlaid with some light hop and spice notes. Feel is medium with good carbonation. Quite drinkable and a nice seasonal.
