33 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a huge light brown head. Mouldy and dark malty aroma. Flavour is of blood and metal in a thick sweet caramel malt blend. Initial taste is revolting, but gets better along the way with a mild sweetness. Ends sweet. Not much stout about this one.

A pitch black beer with a collapsing brown head. The aorma is sour roasted, while the flavor is sweet with notes of licorice and yeast, leading to a dry roasted end.

On first pouring this beer, it looked like it had potential - deep, dark ruby-black color with a maroon-colored head, lively but settled quickly. The aroma was pure caramel, not much else - first sign of trouble. The taste was so incredibly sweet that none of the reviewers could finish it. Nothing to balance the sweetness. Best skipped.

Bottle, at De Bierkamer. Itís an unclear, chocolate brown beer topped by a small, beige head. Itís fruity with a touch of chocolate and raisins on the nose. The flavor is sweet and honey-ish, with chocolate and some bitterness. Full body. Some bitterness in the finish but itís mostly sweet and chocolate-ish. A quite decent beer, but itís too milk chocolate sweet for my likings. 110430
