4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
In straffe glass 2 finger bubbly head that’s off white. Fades slowly with nice lacing
Lots of raisins in this. Semi plum noted and acorns. Caramel as well
Taste is semi boozy at the finish. Sweet apricots and plums with raisins and a super sweet taste throughout. Very boozy but the sweetness balances that out

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: FEB 20, 2016 Bottle from Mam and Dad’s holiday, Belgium. A very dark brown-black beer with a rich malty and chocolate flavour, spicy red fruity and currant notes, followed by a sweet, wamring creamy oak and vanilla finish. Very good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a deep dark brown with a dense tan head. Rich malty nose with caramel, belgian yeast, raisins, and fruity esters. Flavor was very sweet with caramel, dried dark fruit, raisins, and had a touch of toffee. A decent quad

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Beautiful uneven white head on an almost dark beer. Aroma of bread and molasses, beautiful sticky palate and again that wheat bread and molasses flavor. Beautiful beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle (750 ml). Thanks to Jean-François L. Dark brown with a medium fully lasting beige head and some lacing. Aroma of belgian yeast, malt/caramel and dark fruits. Taste is moderately sweet and yeasty with spices, malt/caramel and dark fruits. Medium carbonation that tickle the tongue. Alcohol is really well hidden. Very good Quadruple. Well balanced and very complex. I really liked this one!

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours dark brown with bubbly tan head. Sweet grainy aroma full of fruits. The flavor is great rounded Belgian dark malts that match the rich rounded candied fruits with a toffee and light chocolate note. It’s a bit crazy but still really easy to drink and write tasty.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours dark brown with large gassy tan head. Aroma of a well liquored fruitcake. Taste is a three way battle between malt, dark fruit and alcohol. What make this beer so interesting is that this battle ends in a three-way tie.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
poured dark brown with an amber tint, big head and some lacing. Rich, dried fruit and bready aroma. Taste is not as nice as the aroma with alcohol and a bit astringent. It has quite a kick and not so well balanced. Uneven finish, a subpar quad.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at sampling session. From notes. Prunes, candi sugar, and some grassiness in the nose. Very cola-like. Mid palate is a bit harsh and unrefined. Has quite a kick. Drinkable, indeed. But not the best of quads.
