Pours amber and hazy. It has a minimal head.
It smells yeast, overripped pear (ethanal?) and flowers. The heavy cloying sweetness covers evrything, where is bitterness? I am probably bored by Belgian style or tripels...
Dangerous easy to drink 9% Alcohol beer !
If you love sweet Tripel go for it ! ! !

33cl bottle. Gift. Served it not ice cold but chilled. Pours clear orange, but full of floating coagulated proteins. Doesn’t bother me, but it looks weird. Nose is (mostly absent) yeast driven, with some sweet cereal. Aromawise this is not complex at all, has some marzipan in it. Flavorwise it is mostly sweet, and a bit one dimensional lacking some bitterness and ’bite’. Thus palate mostly viscous sweet, and the palate is warming thanks to the alcohol. Carbonation medium.
As a tripel, a bit too sweet, a bit too dark in color, a bit too dull.

Belgian yeast and a little bubblegum in the aroma. Flavor is sweet, with yeast, bread, and orange. Smooth, creamy finish.

Pours rusty and hazy with a huge head, aroma of raisins, dried fruit, caramel and alcohol, flavor of dried fruits, honey with some buzzy notes, medium bodied

33cl bottle. Orangish coloured beer with a large off-white but quickly diminishes head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, moderate spicy and alcoholic. Flavour is malty, sweet at the beginning with a final slightly bittery, bready, blumbcake, with candy sugar notes. The aftertaste is sweet and alcoholic. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium to high. Texture is oily.

33 cl bottle @ home. Hazy old yellow with a big white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus and green apples. Tastes of yeast and again citrus with some alcohol burn. Heavy carbonated. Not the best tripel I ever had.

11.2oz bottle - pours cloudy honey amber with rich slightly off-white head and some lacing. Nose is yeast, spices and alcohol. Aroma is caramel malts, basement aromas and toffee/nut. Medium to full body with thin texture. Long nutty finish and ends fairly fry. Taste is mainly sweet. Lots of flavor and yet lighter than most tripel’s I’ve had.
