A very nice tripel. It has complex fresh and bitter tones, with an exceptionally smooth aftertaste.

Bottle from backlog notes. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, honey, yeast, citrus, peach, some mild peppery spice, ok tripel, some booze comes through.

Bottle at home, from Plus supermarket. Clear dark golden/amber pour with white foamy head. Sweet malts, grains, sugar, spices, lemon, cloves, yeast, alcoholic burn, orange peel, overripe bananas. Taste is over moderate sweet, with little bitter counterpart. Body is medium, texture is neutral (perhaps a bit sugary sticky), carbonation is average but burns sharp backed by the high alcohol level. Finish is like a slow lineair fadeout of the overall flavor. A decent tripel, but nothing more.
