My favorite style, and this one does not disappoint. Pours dark, hazy golden/orange with adequate silky head. Aroma of citrus and apricots, butterscotch, caramel. Mouthfeel is buttery and silky smooth. Taste is butter, smooth malt, tangy hops. A sipper for sure, to enjoy its full body and intricate character.

Pours a clear gold with medium head. Aromas of pitted fruit: peach and apricot. Deep fruity flavors of peach and apricot.

Pours a dark golden with a heavy, white one finger head. Yeasty nose, nice carbonation, light fruity notes and not too sweet. Didn't notice much of an alcohol burn. Excellent version of the style.

Head: white, medium, frothy. Colour: amber and clear. Aroma: fruity in a refreshing way (a minty perhaps?), not as dry as other tripels. Taste: again some refreshing sweetness, like a minty lollipop, a bit of bitterness and just a drop of sour bite in the finish. Maybe some alcohol too. Not too much yeast and phenolics detected. Apart from the colour, it is very similar to Westmalle. I actually copied the comments. :)

Bottle. Dark golden with dense white head. Aroma sweet malts, apples. Taste sweet malty, a little alcohol burn, sugar, a little low in carbonation. A great example of a difficult style that often tends to be cloying,

Yeasty nose. Pale head. Clear golden color. Slightly sweet fruity and hoppy taste with some lemon notes. Average hops. Adding sediment brought haziness.

A cloudy lemon/orange with a big, crackling, foamy head. The aroma is spicy and fruity, lots of citrus and bananas. There’s more of that in the flavor, with a rich caramel malt and some heat from the 9% ABV. There is a ton of carbonation and this thing is really alive in the mouth. I liked it a lot.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2013 Goudkleurig, mistig bier met stevige, witte schuimkraag. Aroma is mouten, fruitig, alcohol, gist, schors. Smaak begint licht zoet, eindigt meer droog. Medium tot behoorlijk bitter. Medium tot volle body, medium co2. Goede tripel!

Pours golden color with a small head. Aroma of toffee, some spices, citrus frutis and some yeast notes. Flavor of spices, toffee, mild yeast, fruits and toffee. Alcohol comes through a bit, otherwise nice.
