Bottle. Hazy amber color with a huge white head. Pretty spicy aroma with some yeast, some fruits and alcohol. Sweet alcoholic flavor with some malt, caramel, honey, some fruits and yeasty notes. Finishes alcoholic and slightly spicy. Medium-bodied. Too sweet and alcoholic.

On tap at the map room; pour is murky golden with an off white head that retains on the average side in this authentic glass. Very light lacing present as well. The nose is slightly fruity, like peaches, as well as having a mild hop note, and a touch of Belgian yeast. The flavor profile is on the sweeter side, with biscuits, lemon grass, caramel, sugars, peaches....this is a nice fairly refreshing tripel. A bit unwieldy in this official tulip, but I enjoyed it

Bottle @ home. Reddish orange appearance with a creamy tan head. Sweet, light Belgian, pale malty nose. Well carbonated. Bubbly, sweet, slightly yeasty, belgian golden ale flavor. Not all that exciting and a little boring.

33 cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured golden color with a thick white head. Aroma has caramel, alcohol, fruity and yeasty notes. Flavor is quite spicy, perfumy, hoppy with some caramel and quite a lot of warming alcohol in finish.

Slightly hazy light amber. The aroma is yeasty and flowery with only a hint of alcohol. Yeasty, somewhat sweet and heavy body with spicy, slighlty hoppy character. Gets dry as it goes, with light floral and bubblegum notes. Decent tripel, nothing special.

Rating #606, bottle from Toft Vin Islands Brygge

An orangey beer with a cloudy appearance and a nice white head. Aroma is grains, yeast, spices and quite fresh. Flavor is tart with plums and maybe a bit banana, then some yeast and alcohol as well. Medium bitter finish. Thick and creamy palate, fizzy carbonation.

Bottle. Poured hazy golden color with an average fizzy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy yeast and tart fruit aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation and small particles. Medium to heavy yeast fruit flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration with a small alcohol bite. This is a good drinkable beer.

Bottle (2011 cork). Head is initially large, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy dark yellow to light amber, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately malty (toasted grain/bread, husks), lightly hoppy (herbs), lightly yeasty (basement/cement), with notes of apple peel, pepper, light note of gum. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic. Promising and pleasant nose gives way to a less than ideal flavor balance. Needs more of both aroma and bittering hops. Seems like this could be a lot better with only minor adjustments.
