Botella de 33 cl. Aroma a lúpulo y cítricos. Espuma abundante, densa y duradera. Color ambar claro, precioso.

Alcol bene mascherato. Amaro percettibile.

I like the thoughtful man in the moon on the label. This claims that it is the only authentic Bruges-style tripel. Brewed with 6 malts and 2 hops and refermented in the bottle. Foamy, light brown pour. The scent is yeasty with a little sour funk, not the best at first, but it sweetens as it warms. The complex flavor is no letdown - toasted dark bread, yeast, citrus, hazelnut, and a little of that tropical fruit flavor some tripels have. It finished bold, and might be a little bitter/yeasty for some people.

0.33l bottle. This one has a nice copper colored body, light cloudy and absolutely packed with big sediments floating about in the glass. On top of this there is a nice big and lacing off-white top that sticks around. The aroma is classic tripel. Malty sweet, some Belgian yeast, candy, some traces of alcohol and hints of green banana sweetness. It’s quite aggressive on the carbonation this. Flavor wise I get a nice malty sweetness, strong integrated alcohol, candy, something slight yeast-fruity and classic Belgian yeast. There is also something reminding me of burned matches in the aftertaste. Strong and powerful finish with a warming aftertaste. 27.10.2012

330 ml bottle. LB. BB A/15. From bierzwerg.de.
Cloudy golden colour with an average sized fluffy off-white head. Yeast, spices, malt, paper, fruity hops and mild bitterness in the aroma. Yummy! The flavour is strong. Bitter hops, spices, Belgian yeast, malt and alcohol in the flavour. Very tasty. Smooth and balanced. Excellent.

Clear golden body, white head. Aroma is nice with spices, sugary malt, flowery hops, yeast and bananas. Flavour adds some alcohol warmth, nuts and noble and grassy hops. Nice balance and smooth palate. Really good tripel.

Fantastic Tripel, floral aroma, spicy flavours with a sweet lively finish, not as good as the quadrupel but still a dam good beer.

Spicy, floral and sweet. I really loved it. AU$8.00 for a 330ml bottle from International Beer Shop.
