Sampler from bottle, Glunz Beer Expo, April 2010. Bitter smell, even a little whiff of chile pepper. A nice, light Belgian tripel color, clear yellow with a little foam. Not as bitter in the mouth as the nose, but more to the tripel style. Lots of Belgian sugar to it, some European hops can be distinguished. Goes down nicely, a bit of warming alcohol.

75 cl. bottle, shared. Deep, hazy golden colour with amber hues. Huge, off-white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, honey, ripe fruits, citrus peel and caramel malts. Taste is light sweet. Full body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation. Finishes dry and slightly bitter with yeasts and fruits. A hint of alcohol. Lovely Tripel.

Pours a slightly hazy deep golden body, with an amber hue. The head is very large, creamy, dense, off-white and very long-lived. My trappist chalice ensures that the head never shrinks beyond a nice layer. Strong aroma of Belgian yeast, spices, fruits, pale malts and wet hay. Complex and strong flavour of Belgian yeast, spices, flowers, pale malts and fitting alcohol. Also hints of overripe banana. Light to moderate sweet taste with a light bitter and long-lasting finish. Mid-bodied, dry and with a fairly lively carbonation. A very nice one, with an exciting complexity.

Fin beska! Mycket gott!

Bottle from Belgolåda Sweden. Pours with a firm off white head and a inviting amber colour. The first cold taste is shy but still with some martineau. Precense of yeast and light hops. With rising temperature the tastes come awake. Tropic fruits, banana and some peach. Wins very much at 12 / 15 degrees.

330ml bottle from Bochka in Moscow. Pours amber with a big foamy off-white head. Aroma of spice and citrus fruits. Starts with some sweetness to begin with, but a good yeasty Tripel flavour in the end. Flavour improved as it warmed up. Really nice one.
