2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
11.2oz bottle. Murky dulled tan body. Big, creamy, off-white head. Funky, but kind of screams infected to me vs. intentionally soured. Not that impressive of an offering overall. Harsh undertones. No finesse. Not good.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, thanks Will. Aroma is boozy, light spice, tripel like. Taste is alright, not so exciting, quite sweet, disappointingly low funkiness, honey, boozy sweetness.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle shared, thanks Will. Pear tart and honey, little funk, dangerously drinkable, a tad too sweet for me maybe. I guess the brett is on the safe side, glad those guys try different stuff though.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
11.2 ounce bottle - $5.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
A real, angry gusher upon opening, the front of the label was correct about this being wild.
Appearance: Pours a clear, orange-golden body with a very tall, near-white head.
Smell: A brett-forward aroma delivering a fair stink, with touches of pear & apple juices, earthy spices, peach essence, chewing gum and alcohol.
Taste: Fairly sweet start of blonde candied syrup which turns to ground black pepper, spent Chiclets and fruity hints of banana and orchard fruits. Soiled, sweaty, musty brett quality. Lightly bitter. Finishes quite dry and with an effervescence akin to champagne and lingering spiciness and alcoholic heat.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Highly carbonated. Some stickiness present in the mouthfeel.
Overall: Pretty good.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from 2014 33cl bottle [bb 13/02/2019]. Golden orange with full off-white head and a tiny bit of sediment. Pretty much exploded like a fountain when I opened it despite sitting for months in the fridge (super active). Brett dominant, but dissipates in the mouth, with mild Belgian yeast and light milk and spice. Very mild, quick finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
330 ml bottle dated 2014 into a Belgian snifter.
Full pour but some sediment left stuck to the bottom of the bottle.
Pours hazy, amber-orange in color with a durable off-white head Spots and streaks of foamy lacing cling to the glass,
Aroma: despite an aversion to Brett, which is evident here, the highly complex aroma is modestly attractive. This is owing largely to a pronounced citrus component of lemon and orange, as well as hints of soft ripe fruits including pineapple, pear, apple and melon. White pepper, yeast and straw too. Lightly funky,
Flavor: complex, and follows the aroma, but with a tad more funky Brett.
Feel: medium body with very lively carbonation. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warmth in the finish and aftertaste.
Overall: a lightly funky and very complex Belgian tripel.
