Oranjegoud, behoorlijk helder bier. Ruikt fruitig en naar gist. Smaakt medium zoet, licht bitter. medium co2, volle body. Lekker.

A slightly orange colour, a head is big and blond. Interesting aroma with fruitness and lether of brettanomyces, sweet mango, banana, some green apple. The great aroma. Taste has fruitness and sourness of brettanomyces, green apple and strong spicyness. Smoother with yeast and the spicyness in the end is even stronger. Medium bodied, strong carbonation that’s decreasing after a while. I liked a lot of the normal version of this beer but this is even more better. The great aroma, the taste is simpler but tasteful. Fiesta of balanced brettanomyces. I was a little skeptic about this beer but now it’s nice to be wrong, positive surprise.

Levendig helder lichtbruin bier met veel schuim. Geur is lichtzuur, lijkt op Lambik. Smaak is eveneens lichtzuur en bitter hoppig met iets van vanille. Apart bier maar zeer geslaagd.

Bottle. Nice tripel with peaches and grapes in aroma, plus funky brett notes. In taste little sour, with funky notes too. Tart finish. Medium body, fizzy carbonation. Nice one.

Bottle. I am guessing it is too young. Let’s see. Slightly bretty. orvalesque nose, some grassy hops, very nice nose. Like a 4 month Orval. Deep hazy gold, ubbbly, low fine head. Brtty flavor, funky, grassy, hoppy, witnsweet malts. This is like a 9% Orval. I love it. Will try it again in 6 months.

Light yeasty aromas. Beautiful glowing orange with nice frothy head. Smooth opening transitions to a refreshing funk then get a warm spice to the finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a low lasting white head. Malty aroma with mild funk notes, herbal hops, taste of biscuit, citrus, tart towards the finish. Crisp dry citric aftertaste. Quite nice.

Best before May 4, 2020. This pours a hazy peach colour with a magnificent and long lasting head of foam. Lacing? Do you have to ask. lol. The smell is Belgian yeasty with quite a bit of Brett. Spicy, with a notable presence of bitterness.(150 IBUs!) Nice spicy notes from mild clove and coriander and pepper, it embraces the Brett at a delightful level. Earthy, light hints of fruit, mild candi sugar sweetness. Finishes on the bitterish and dry side. Fairly lively carbonation to go with the medium body. Easy drinking as the abv is well hidden. A very well brewed Tripel!

Opaque light gold, medium white head. Sour, funky hay and farmyard aroma. Mellowing caramel with definite grassy-spicy notes, and an underlying layer of Brett funk. Finishes warming and dry. Wonderful.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl. 2014 : blonde, fine mousse blanche. Arôme de grain, d'alcool, de levures sauvages. Bel équilibre. Belle corpulence.
