Bottle 2015 version. Superbe triple "sauvage" complexe.

23-Apr-2016@ZBF. Goldgelb-Orange, minimale Trübung, weisser Schaum. Aroma: Fruchtigig, Lactosauer, Brett. Antrunk dito, gutte Brett-Noten, sauer, trotzdem hohe Restsüße. Ausgewogen und interessant.

0,33 l bottle, 2015 edition, bought at Mitra Vismarkt, Groningen. Bright orange in the glass, little bit unclear. Belgian sourness on the nose. Taste starts with dry fruity sourness, malt in the second row, some bitterness. Alcohol well hidden. Great stuff!

Bottle. Poured clear yellow color with an average to large frothy white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Complex citrus sour and yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium citrus sour flavor with a medium sour finish of moderate duration with a small alcohol bite. This is a refreshing solid beer.

Pours a clear gold with a white head. Aroma is Belgian yeats with wild notes. Same taste with addition of light metallic notes. Bitter flowery, grassy aftertaste. Interesting, unusual stuff.

It pours golden with a white head. There are vinous aromas with fruity esters, banana, spices and alcohol notes. There are flavors of caramel and toast with fruity esters, spices, banana and alcohol forming a good overall balance. It has a medium feel to it with a bitter and funky finish that is dry.

Bottle: Clear, golden orange with a whipped beige head. Spicy orange, light basement funk aroma. Taste is sweet, orange malt, brett. Dry and grassy. Turns slightly bitter at the end. Not a lot of "wildness", but pretty good.....hides it’s alcohol well.
