A pale amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and alcohol - showing that it is strong. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, caramel, and sugar. Powerful body

LIVE RATING! 33cl bottle from a Fathers Day selection served cold at home. Poured into a Hoegaarden Grand Cru tulip. Amber with a thick white mousse of head. Yeasty cheesy sweaty leathery aroma. First sip confirms that this is a serious beer. Bitter, sour, almost jerky-like flavour with some maple-toffee sweetness for balance. The alcohol is unashamedly in-your-face. Full bodied, thick texture, chunky palate. Properly complex.

Pinball (11330) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 21, 2015
cloudy yellow, small bubbly white head. Flowery and yellow fruity aroma, banana and oranges, also some more bitter malty notes, and some spices from the yeast. Flavor is quite bretty and also quite bitter, palate is very bubbly at the same time, making it hard to drink, and the alc gives a burning sensation when swallowing. Not a very pleasant overall experience, and the flavor itself is just dry and wild and herbs, not very elegantly composed. Flavor is, though, quite bretty so brett fans will likely love this anyway.

Bottle 330ml (Saveur, vintage 2015)
Hazy orange color, steady white head. Aroma is not very strong, Some bretta and fruits. Medium-bodied. Triple-like spiceyness, fruits and then some bretta tartness which is not dominating at all. More like spicey tripel and tart wild beer. Ok but simple.

visionthing (3526) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 16, 2015
33cl bottle (2015) bought at the brewery. Pours almost clear deep golden with a white head. Moderate malty and fairly fruity with mild, but nice funky notes, hints of herbs and barnyard. Medium sweet with nice Belgian triple combined with some funky notes and somewhat dry finish. Nice and quite different.

On bottle with Visionthing- thanks a lot! Clean golden color, good foam. Medium aroma intensity; funky, honey, fruity with nice yeast influence. Medium/ full body & complexity. Some sweetness, some sourness. Very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I’m not a huge fan of sour beers, but wanted a change so gave it a try. Its a lot like a cider, maybe my taste buds are out of whack!! But in any case a very freshing brew!! Nice and clean.
