Poured into Trappist glass a orange amber with huge white head and plenty of lace. Aroma is banana, brett, spice. Taste is banana, spice with a small alcohol note and a very small sour note in the finish. Earthy Brett follows through the finish. Mouthfeel is creamy. Well done.

Bottle from Delhaize St Kruiss, Brugge, Belgium, Saturday 6th December 2014. This is my third bottle of this (I purchased a 4 pack) now unless I am going mad the first one I recall was very ’wild’, however these last two are a tad more subtle, actually much more subtle, in fact Loz is spot on, its like a cheaper, really not bad at all supermarket version of Orval (its bloody good). I do believe that I will stock up on a few more of these when next at Delhaize. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

Clear gold with a big white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is mild fruit and a bit sweet. Flavor is tart with a strong yeast finish. Very dry. Wife: 4

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden beer with a big white head on top. Normally I complain about Belgian beers a lot, but this is how a Belgian beer should look in my humble opinion. Hazy blonde, firm, long lasting white head that clings on the glass and a nice stream bubbles floating to the surface. Looks great. Aroma is a bit standard however, the Brett is certainly noticeable, giving some tarty notes in the front. Anything else than Brett was not detected. Was expecting flavor to be quite sour, but it turned out to be a quite balanced tripel with slight sour touches in the back. Still quite yeasty and bready, but well balanced and great to drink. Carbonation in the mouthfeel is low, making it easy drinkable. Again, a pleasant surprise from this brewer.

Appearance: Hazy deep golden color with a big white head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Citric, yeast, some spices and fruity.
Palate: Medium + body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average to rich carbonation.
Taste: Malty, yeast, some spices, citric and fruity.
Overall impression: Fresh tasty and nice. Well I did not notice any Brett. Maybe to late in the evening..
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with JefVerstraete

Aroma van zeep, bloemen en voorraadkast. Een 'whoaaa' grote dikke kraag. Smaak is straffe zoetheid, licht kruidig van vers groen en bitter met name in nasmaak. Pracht kado van Theemutz.

33cl bottle from utobeer, london. Pours a lovely toffee coloured beer, nice beige head that lasts. You can really smell the wild yeast. Taste is unique, one on its own. Incredibly complex combination of sweet malty triple and sour lambic. Really really good brew

Une bonne triple, et très intéressante avec le brettanomyces. L’arôme est aigre avec un peu de levure belge fruité. Le goût est aussi aigre, avec un peu de fruits fraîches. Très bonne, est très unique pour le style.

Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Thanks to Colin and Fin. Hazy gold beer, mahooosive pale cream colour head. Airy semi dry palate. decent fine carbonation. Mildly savoury brett. Mellow floral accentuated citrus, lemon identifiable. Light semi dry finish. All right.

Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, thanks to Fin for gifting me this number, 04/11/14. Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose carries brett pangs, tangy citric, peach, mandarin, straw, yeast esters. Taste comprises dried apricot, sublte brett, peach, light spice, yeast esters. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation - a little overcooked for my liking, semi drying close with a brett tickle. Decent bretty version of a style I often find to sweet, not this number though - good balance.
