33 cl bottle shared two ways. Hazy golden pour with a huge frothy head. Aroma has yeasty notes, grain and sweet honey. Taste has figs, prunes, yeasty notes and some light grainy sweetness. Not as funky as expected, more like an regular triple. Since it was recently brewed I guess it will funk up a bit more as it ages up.

Bottle 330ml, thanks to skullgeorge! Poured into a tulip glass, ABV 9% Deep orange colour on the body wiht intense activity in it, more than two fingers of off-white head sitting on top, very thick, with great retention. Fruity aroma as expected from a tripel, with peaches and apricot, some sugar but then also some sour notes of grapes and white wine. Taste remains sweet and fruity, again some sugar and yeast, clear brett character, white homemade wine. Medium thin body, nice carbonation, quite dry palate. Overall quite good, succesful experiment although it seems like they played on the safe side and avoided anything too extreme.

Bottled. Full 33cl sample. The aroma has fowery and a little citric hoppiness, earthy yeast tones there. Bit hazy, golden coloured beer with a big, white head. The taste is refreshing, slightly bitter, has earthy yeast tones, flowers, bit citrus, hint of honey. Nice beer.

11.2 oz. bottle from Wilbur’s. Appearance: two finger white head, very lively, golden straw yellow, clear, good lacing. Aroma: earthy, fruity, grass, floral, light caramel. Palate: light body, alchohol warmth and thinness, lively carbonation, bitter finish. Taste: sweet and earthy yeast, medium sweet to medium bitterness. Overall, very nice balance, love the rich aromas, very unique.

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange with huge head and tons of carbonation. Aromas of melons, stoned fruit, light brett, and warm forest. Flavors of peaches, melons, bananas, light resin and toasted malts. Creamy. Great stuff.

Afdronk is steenfruitig. Goed.

Bottle. Pours a hazy, orange amber. Massive orange tinted head; stays and stays. First time i was aware of the "Brett" strain, but certainly a unique smell - barnyard, basement, earthy, sour. Taste is light sour in the beginning, medium bitter on the back of the throat to end. Medium body, with a sticky texture. Quite interesting, and want to see how it contrasts to the normal tripel.

Bottle from Bier Huis, Ossett. Hazy, pale amber. Thick, bubbly, off white head. Granary bread. Thick yeast. Lemon. Light, bacon smokiness. Taste is fleeting, chewy sweet, prior to a dry, light sour tartness. A lick of bitterness. Big, medicinal, boozy palate. Not overwhelming, though. Finish is dry, light tart, and fairly bitter. It is a big beer, but it has a fresh, natural feel to it, that makes it very drinkable. The smokiness in there, wherever it comes from, is a delight. Quality stuff.
