33 cl bottle shared two ways. Hazy golden pour with a huge frothy head. Aroma has yeasty notes, grain and sweet honey. Taste has figs, prunes, yeasty notes and some light grainy sweetness. Not as funky as expected, more like an regular triple. Since it was recently brewed I guess it will funk up a bit more as it ages up.

Bottle. 2014 version. Cloudy gold with a medium head. Aroma of funky, basement fruit. Taste is an acetic type sourness. Just average.

A brett tripel with a strong funk character and some apple cider qualities. Pretty good I guess.

Bottle @ home. giallo ambrato carico, velato.

330 ml bottle into chalice, best before 3/4/2020. Pours slightly hazy golden orange color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lemon, orange, peach, pineapple, apricot, pear, apple, light banana, pepper, clove, candi sugar, cracker, bread, hay, straw, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy/funky yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, peach, pineapple, apricot, pear, apple, light banana, pepper, clove, candi sugar, cracker, bread, hay, straw, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of peppery yeast spiciness and slight tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange, peach, pineapple, apricot, pepper, clove, hay, straw, grass, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Fantastic complexity and balance of fruity/spicy/funky yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great crisp fruity/spicy yeast balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. A good amount of dryness after the finish. High carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warmth lingering after the finish. Overall this is an awesome Brett tripel stle. All around great complexity and balance of fruity/spicy/funky yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to sip on for the big ABV. Very similar to their normal tripel in overall flavors, with an added layer of brett complexity. A highly enjoyable offering.

Poors clear gold, aroma of herbs and flowers, with the first impression comes a litle bit of sweeteness followed by a sharp but pleasant bitterness, lots of herbs and flowers in the taste, hoppy with a long and warm aftertaste, it’s very heavy on the stomach, a beer with evolution of taste which I drank a little bit to soon, yet it’s already a very promising taste

Very modest Brett influence. Usual tripel a bit on the sweet side. Solid body with fluffy head.

A big surprise! Triple especial.La very presence of Brettanomyces (it seems that lately it had become fashionable to do with this except beers) gives a acarcter really special. Beer with an acidity summer, drink and evolution in the mouth very positive.
