Murky yellow, thin white head. Lots of banana, bubblegum, and pineapple in the aroma. Nice soft palate. Nicely sweet, fruity, and yeasty. Banana and bubblegum, hint of dry hops in the finish.

Tap at brewery - pours a clear filtered orange with a finger of white foam. Aroma is banana and brown sugar(?), but very little, if any, clove. Taste is sweet and finishes dry. Overall, solid but a tad boring and not exactly true to style. That said, it’s yummy and comes in a 20 oz glass for $5 at the brewery, so good value for money.

Draft at taproom. Pours yellow with an inch of white head. Pretty clear for style. Big banana on the nose as well as on the tongue. A bit dry on the finish. Solid for style.

Pours a hazy pale gold with a large white head. Lots of banana, wheat, some clove, a pleasant yeastiness. Just a touch of bitterness. Soft carbonation, light mouthfeel.

Growler from Liquor Express. Poured a hazy pale with a creamy white head that settled to a ring and left light lace. Great aroma of banana, clove, and wheat. The flavor was slightly more subdue than the aroma but a nice banana, spice, and yeast blend found. Light body, light carbonation, and wheat and yeast aftertaste. Nicely done! It’s always nice to have a great local hefe during the southern summer heat.

Once again i’m not a fan of the style. But this is much much better than a blue moon which would be in this style. I’m sure this could be desired by a rookie drinker. One of the better Hefeweizen I’ve had... does not focus on the bannanna, focuses on the full beer I like it
