Can. Poured straw colored slightly hazy with white frothy head. Malty and somewhat butter popcorn nose. Medium body slightly sweet with a bit of earthyness. A little on the flat side. not my favorite from this brewery.

12 ounce can thanks to my friend Jason. The beer is a clear gold color with a white head of foam. The aroma has grainy aspects with notes of honey and light ginger. A bit grassy as well. The taste is more of the same, but some fruity notes creep into the picture. More bready notes come through as the beer begins to warm, which I vastly prefer. Maybe I started too cold. Lighter to medium body and plenty of carbonation. Decent beer.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours clear yellow/straw color with with thick and bubbly white head. Aroma is yeasty with a small amount of spice. Flavor is indeed crisp but offers very little else. There still is a hint of spice but there are metallic off-flavors as well that ruin the overall experience.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can ffrom shrubber85 poured into a glass. Hazy golden with huge bright white head. Aroma is light malt, medium body, medium carbonation, and little big bubble lacing. Taste is light malt, light grassy hops, hints of lemon, and crisp hops. Easy to drink, but not much flavor.

BIF project. Straight forward kolsch-style ale. Hay, grass, grain, sweet yeast, pale malt, some lemon. Refreshing palate. Well done.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Aroma of straw, and some hints of fruit. Yellow color with a fluffy white head. Sweet flavors up front. Some funky barn and fruit flavors melding with the sweetness nicely. Bitterness on finish is light and lingers a bit, slightly peppery. Slightly chalky mouth feel. O.k.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
A huge white head that after it finally recedes, shows a light yellow-gold.
Sweet lemon, grain aroma.
Taste is very soft...barley malt, lemon.
Almost creamy...light....pretty good, but it’s just too light and delicate....
Not quite enough of any of it’s parts.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A clean and crips summer beverage without a whole lot of smells or tastes. Decent alternative to a pale lager when the thirst sets in.

Poured a clear straw yellow with a full white head. The aroma was a weak grass and citrus. The lightly bitter with light body and a bit thin on the tongue.

Not the kolsh expert by any stretch of the imagination and have only had a handful of this style...... But that being said this is pretty darn good. On the sweet side with minimal carbonation. Drinking this in February but I can see several cans of this getting chugged vine spring and summer. Nice!
