Draught at Restaurant Lazebna, Krumlov, Czech Republic (local beer). Poured a clear dark amber colour with a two-finger beige coloured head that collpased quickly. Lacing good. No carbonation. Aroma of herbal hops and sweet malt. Taste of very sweet malt dominates; slight caramel. Light body. Smooth slightly bitter finish. Quite nice.

Draught at Na Sumave, Prague. Clear deep golden beer with a nice offwhite head. Grassy hop aroma, herbal, hay, some bready notes. Hoppy roasted flavor, caramel, hay, bready, some citrus. Hoppy caramel finish with spices and a decent bitterness.

Amber color with nice big head. Aroma of malt, caramel, floral. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and just a bit sour. light body, slick texture, avarege carbonation. Nothing special

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2012 On tap at Strakonice castle. Big offwhite head. Clear amber to brown colour. Aroma caramel, light light coffee. Taste is medium bitter, a bit metallic tart, light sweet, caramel, roasted. Finish light metallic bitter. Drinkability almost medium, served a bit overcarbonated. This is the best I had from Dudák sortiment during my Strakonice visit.

Clear copper amber colour, off-white head.
Low-keyed smell and aroma with caramel, dough and some grassy hops.
Medium dry, moderate spicy finish.

UPDATED: FEB 10, 2012 Amber with a small creamy head. Aroma of roasted malt, a bit of caramel and bisquits. Slightly acidic. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Hops on palate, caramel bonbons, nuts. Sweet and bitter finish. B@H

Tap @ Na Sumave, Prague. Pours clear amber with a small white head. Sweet nose and flavor with notes of caramel, bread and metal. Cloying and thin flavor.
