COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is what we had intended to brew when we made Genesis. Serving as our flagship ale, 24th Street Pale contains exactly the same hops but is less malty than Genesis which leads to less masking of the hop profile. It’s a smooth little Pale with a bitter finish. Slightly floral, slightly fruity. It is dry and drinks quickly.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent copperwith a foamy off-white head. Aroma of resin and roast malt. Medium body, or nearly. Flavor is floral/fruity with a roast malt backbone. Fits the style. Finishes nicely bitter. Good stuff.

Pour on tap, clear golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of nice pine, grass, floral hops into a bit of orange and citrus peel, some slight spice into a hint of biscuit, mild on the malt. Taste was a nice mix of orange and grapefruit, lemon peel into some spice, floral hops into some slight biscuit, finishing fairly bitter, more dry. Excellent APA.

Gold pour, white head. Pretty tame pale. More malt than needed, kinda has a stale hop flavor, biscuity malt, yeast. Its just ok.

Type: 500ml (16.9 oz.) bottle Glass: Pint glass From: My sister-in-law Sarah Price: ?? Purchased: ?? Consumed: Nov. 27, 2014 Misc.: N/A Poured a caramel, amber, semi-clear color with two fingers of khaki, rocky head. Streamy bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass throughout. Good amount of foamy, spotty, spiderweb lacing along the sides of the glass. Good retention. (Sight - 4.00) Smelled wet Cascade hops, German Munich malts (like Stone’s 17th anniversary Götterdämmerung IPA), floral hops, Citra hops, orange rind, slight Simcoe hops, orange creamscicle, orange wheat and caramel. (Smell - 3.63) Tasted similar to the nose, maybe slightly better. More of a fruity taste. Wet Cascade hops, bitter German Munich malts, floral hops, Citra hops, orange creamscicle, orange bitter orange rind, grainy wheat grass and light herbal hops. (Taste - 3.50) Medium-to-light body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt finish. (Feel - 3.50) A pretty good pale ale overall and I was glad to give it a try. (Overall - 3.63) 3.58 81 B

On draft. Kind of an eastern pale ale with lots of malt support for a fairly mild hop presence. Smooth. Adequate. Does just fine.

50 cl bottle.
Pours clear copper color with a large frothy head. Resinous and hoppy on the nose, orange peel and some mandarin with sweetish malt characteristics. Bitter malts and resinous hops on the flavor, mild caramel, orange, faint grapefruits, finishes to a lingering gooseberry crispness. Bitter and kind of oily palate. An okay APA but nothing special.

Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry and crispy. Smooth malts, slightly sweet and creamy. Light citric peel hops and a mild carbonated nip at the finish. Drinkable and fun!

Flaske: Orange meget let diset med e flot skumhoved. Behagelig duft af malt og humle. Meget frisk men også østkyst præget, minder mig om Main brewing. Lækker lille øl drukket i Yosemite.
