COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beyond the northern reaches of los angeles county lies the great ranching community of Fillmore where growers have been quiety raising oranges for generations. Each year as the summer falls into autumn the Slo-lee ranch celebrates the coming harvest with a sacred gala; family and friends gather illuminating the night with food drink and laughter. (and glorious butt-cheeks)

A nice light refreshing orange wit. Pours a cloudy orange with a bubbly white head. Smells of orange cremesicle with a bit of herbs. Taste is more cremesicle with a bit of a watery finish. Tastes like a lighter version of Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat.

This Torrance terroir wit pours a hazy light orange color with a thin white head to it. The smell is fairly medicinal with a tinge of really dried fruit to it. Or maybe that is orange peel. The taste has a tiny touch of orange that is there from the beginning of the sip until the end but wheat and coriander and a bit of metal is more predominant to me.

Sampled on 3/17/2104. This witbier pours a hazy orange gold color from a 500ml bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty, citrusy and orange. A medium bodied witbier. The malts are fruity and wheaty. The hops are earthy and herbal. Slightly spicy and orangish. Lively carbonation. Touch of banana and clove. Nice orange additions. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle from CraftBeerKings.com (Plaza Market). Pours hazy orange gold with very little head, if any. Aroma is mildly orange. Med body. Flavor is tangy orange with some spice. Maybe even a touch of banana. It’s maltier and more flavorful than many wits, but it lacks the subtlety of many paler and less flavorful versions. But it’s a nice drink.
