3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Have had a couple of bomber bottles of this now.
This beer pours a crystal clear considering that it’s unfiltered. The color is a light amber to orange hued beverage. There is a small white head that dissipates in a minute or two to a light skim. There is some lacing down the sides.
The aroma is of strong tropical fruit, most prominent to me is pineapple. I do NOT pick up any resin or spruce/pine notes. There is some light malt aroma but hops dominate.
Mouth feel is a medium to medium heavy with appropriate carbonation for the style.
Flavor is dominated by tropical fruit hops right up front that carry on through to me. Very little malt flavor. There is a mild lingering bitterness that’s a little "piney" but nothing over the top.
Overall the beer is a nice drinkable American IPA but nothing that really sets it apart from other typical IPAs.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Large sample on 14th July 2014 in The Clay Oven, Irvine Orange County during a beer and Indian food night. Poured a deep, clear amber with copper highlights, the head a tanned affair.
Grapefruit aromas with sweeter citrus notes also there, some maltiness too. The taste was also citrus in nature and again the grapefruit type content came through the most, tempered by the malts to produce a good, well balanced beer. A blend that I enjoyed, pity I only got one sample to try.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a light copper and caramel color.with a floral aroma. A citrus and pine flavored beer with a minor bitterness after the swallow. You can taste a freshly mowed grass flavor on the palate. An easy drinking IPA.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Herbal hops... Stale-ish or something? And orange-y citrus character. A little malt flavor, and tangerine in the finish. Bitter finish/aftertaste.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from a 500ml bottle, thanks to Mike. This is the darkest IPA I have ever seen. The aroma has slight cardboard, citrus, pine. The flavor is restrained, cardboard, pine, citrus, juicy. I found this to be watery.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
500 ml bottle from Bevmo. Pours a really interesting reddish brown color with a medium beige head that has good retention. The aroma has pine, salted caramel, wet earth and something acidic. The taste is more straightforward than the aroma with assertive piney hops backed nicely by a nutty malt base. The palate was just a bit thin and the carbonation was lively. Finished somewhat disappointing. Overall: A bit harsh around the edges--needs refinement.
