Slightly murky dark brown with a dissipating head. Aroma was earthy and complex, with a nose full of herbal hops, light gin, and dark roasty toffee. The flavor was clean and earthy with light juniper notes, earthy toffee, light herbal hoppiness, a doughy bready Belgian yeast strain, and a lingering alcohol ester with some herbal tones.
