4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap @ Hops and Pie. Really not as hoppy as the description states. Clear amber color with a thin lacing head. Aroma is leafy and herbal with a gentle hop bite. Taste is smooth, balanced, and sweet with a strong toffee malt backbone throughout. Leafy and lemony hop tones shine through in the middle, with some floral complexities behind it. Smooth and nuanced, with a bigger dose of toffee than I’m used to in IPA’s and I love it!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Nose of grass and tart strawberries with a little nectarine. Dry mouth with a resin back. The back taste doesn’t linger like some more Lupulin-y beers. A good go to American IPA.
