Hmmm.... nitro but still smells of coffee and well, cardboard and ether. Taste...dear god iknow this taste. I am 12 years old at murphy park behind the fence of the water system concrete whTever huffing scotchguard with bryan cook. This is that flavor that is left on my tongue when i come to choking on a rag. Not good. But at least i can’t drown because my lungs are now waterproof.

Pint at the brewery. Pours very dark and still. The aroma is very ashy. The coffee notes seem more suggested than genuine. Still, it smells good. Palate is slick and the honey becomes apparent in the flavor. It’s more an afterthought, providing balance for the bitter, roasty notes. The coffee is more authentic in the flavor and is highly roasty, almost burned tasting. Not too bad, but falls short of huge hypothetical potential as honey+coffee sounds pretty magical to me.
1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 Menkros (36) - - DEC 17, 2012
Pours an opaque brown, on nitro. Malty smell. Typical light milk stout taste. Forgettable in Denver, the city of 168 brewery's.

Pours a brownish black color. I am torn as to whether the honey and coffee work together. Almost. I think a little more roastiness would add to this one.
