On tap at Crooked Stave poured a clear reddish amber with a small lingering pink head. Aromas of straw, prickley pear, citrus, lighht spice and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, prickley pear, light spice and light yeast with a smooth dry lingering prickley pear finish.
