Cask @ Abbotsford, Edinburgh. Clear warm gold with stable head. Aroma of sweet summer flower nectar and bee pollen. Soft palate. Nice flavors. Sweet almond. Nutty grain. Bee pollen. Subtle acidity. Orange blossom. Lemon peel. Nicer than expected.

Hop aroma. Golden coloured and fruity with a hint of bitterness in a dry and grainy malt finish.

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood and some mild hayish notes. Flavour is bready malts, some grains, mild nectar as well as some slight hebral notes.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2012 Cask @ The Toby Jug & Bon Accord. Lemon & grapefruit aroma. Golden yellow colour, good head. Biscuit & citrus fruit flavour, watery with bitter aftertaste. Average golden ale.

Cask @ Ayrshire Real Ale Festival 09. Golden colour, white head. Aroma is hoppy, with lemonade. Flavour mainly floral hops. Bitter finish.

Cask @ Bow Bar, Edinburgh.
Pours pale golden with a slight greenish hue. Small, off-white film head. Soft aroma, light malty sweetness and very little hops. Low carbonation, a bit thin. Flavour is sweet, and surprisingly peppery. Light fruitiness. And a softly hoppy finish. Nothing spectacular.

Cask at The Standing Order, Edinburgh 13 Nov 08. Pale golden colored – almost yellow. Modest sweet fruity aroma. Flavor the same with a dry fruity aftertaste. Quite good.

Cask at Guildford Arms, Edinburgh. Clear golden body, missing head. Hints of grapefruits to the nose. Fresh fruity flavour with a smooth hoppy ending. Quite good, but nothing special [24.10.2008]

From cask at Bon Accord. Pours clear and golden yellow with a dense chalk white head. Mild citric and dry malty aroma. Light bitter flavoured with a mild floral and fruity note showing through. Smooth fruity and dry bitter into a nice and crisp finish. Solid thirst quencer.

On tap at the brewery. Pale yellow with a small white head. Barley and hoppy notes. Malt, bitter and fruit taste. Medium to light body with a bitter finish.
