Decent grarefruit tinge in the palate. No fuss hops with a dry straw bale lilt and with creamy finish mouthfeel. Not quenching or satisfying in any real area, glad there was little else of note on. (Cask, Golden Rule, Edinburgh)

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma is butterscotchy with some fruityness. There’s some bitterness in the flavor, both initially and in the end, with butterscotch and fruityness. Medium to thin on the palate, soft carbonation. Fruity too in the finish. Certainly not a very pleasant one. 121005

500 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a white head. Aroma is a bit floral with yeast, but spoiled of oxidation. Flavors is light malty, oxidation and low bitterness. Medium body and not a pleasant aftertaste either. Out of balance and oxidation.

Palme (2252) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 14, 2012
0.5l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. This one is a clear pale golden one, some few unfiltered particles and a small sidesticking bubbly off-white head. The aroma is light fruity, malt-sweet, light grainy also. A bit low and dull perhaps, but not horrible. It’s average carbonated and it has a thin mineral-water texture in the mouth. Flavors are kinda sharp-bitter and almost soapy actually. Feels a bit like drinking heated flavored mineral water. Normally that’s not a good thing when drinking beer, and this was no exception. 16.06.2012

50cl bottle. Pours golden with gentle bubbles and a nice head. The nose has sweet malt and meadow flowers. The taste has fresh grass and herbs. The palate is light to medium in body with a long bitter finish. Overall, I really love the aroma but it falls away from then, though not too much.

ClubGonzo (2718) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUN 22, 2012
Bottle from Centra Colosseum, Oslo, shared with BBGTC. Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma is mild floral hops and hints of pale malts. Very weak. Taste is astringent bitter hops, pale malts and not much else. Faint, yet too bitter at the same time. Body is thin and not very fresh. Could this be an old bottle, despite the "best before"-date not being reached?
