3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours clear golden thin white head. Aroma of sweet bread and grass. Taste is medium sweet. Medium-light body, sticky texture, above average carbonation. Pretty decent lager overall.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours a clear dark gold body with a minimal fizzy white head that faded pretty quickly. The nose is not so great, some corn and a light graininess with a bit of light hop extract. It’s got an almost Euro-Lager like quality to it. The flavor is much the same, on the sweeter side with minimal to no bitterness, some lingering corn notes on the finish. Not especially clean or crisp. Mouthfeel is a bit limp and soggy with fizzy carbonation, a bit clingy on the finish. Almost on par with Yuengling Lager, but not quite as good.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Relatively sweet all around and far too much to be sessionable.... let alone enjoyable. Extremely High sharp carbonation.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz can. Pale lager, light, thin head. Nothing offensiveness, kind of like water that is carbonated mildly. Not skunky or musty which is a plus.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is grass and some very light citrus. Taste is sweet with a bitter finish. Light bodied with high carbonation and a crisp finish. Fresh from the brewery as it was dated less then 5 days old.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a pale yellow color. Smell is skunky, could be the green bottle. Taste is crisp, malts and grains, slightly sweet. Overall a pretty standard pale lager.

1.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle. At a Reverend Horton Heat concert. For an "unadulterated freshness" this beer sure smells like cat piss. Thankfully, the taste was a little better, a basic american domestic with a bitter finish. Bleh.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
UPDATED: FEB 22, 2012 For an adjunct lager, this is pretty good. Miles and away better than the big three. Brewed with all natural ingredients and actually tastes like beer instead of water.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
From the 120z bottle at Empire Palace in Pittsburgh. A small and somewhat sentimental cult following has developed around this beer likely due to its marketing as a natural beverage made with wholesome ingredients. Poured into a glass apart from the famous green bottle it looks pasty and thin, and the flavors and taste deliver about the same. Higher levels of sweetness are also very recognizable. Not sure if it’s still true, but you used to be able to visit the brewery and drink from the tap off a chained metal mug. Sure hope they still have that freebie running.

1.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 3/20
Possibly the worst beer made in Pennsylvania today. Pours so clear from tap you’d swear it was water. No aroma to speak of. Tastes like corn era drainpour. Has a slightly astringent finish which makes no sense since it doesn’t taste like anything.
