Bottle by 03.03.13. Light clove in the nose but somehow a little off. Hazy dark orange with a soapy white head. Slick and murky medium body, a little tart, wheaty, stronger orange esters but there’s sinking into cleanser territory. Booze itself has a bit of a deformed character.

Bottle 50cl. Amber coloured, cloudy. Fresh smell, refreshing taste. Good and honest brew but there are better Weissbier in Bavaria.

Another eastern Bavarian Hefeweizen. Definitely darker and cloudier than the average with an almost cider like color. Smells and tastes of banana, clove, and lemon, with a hint of extra caramel malt in the flavor

Bottle. Sweet banana/orange, toffee malt and clove aroma. Cloudy brown yellow color with small head. Sweet toffee malt, banana and moderate bitter clove flavor. Nice body. Good beer - on the spicy side.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.
Alc. 5.5%. Hazy medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, wheat, paper notes, light to moderate yeasty, fruity, banana notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090712]

Bottle. It’s a quite hazy, dark golden beer with a fine-looking white head. Qutie weak on the nose, with more toffee than expected. Banana and cloves too. Well-carbonated, medium body. Maybe a bit too carbonated. Toffee up front, with banana and cloves coming after a little while. Some sweetness. Banana, toffee and cloves in the finish. A decent beer, a bit weak on the nose and flavor, but quite tasteful. A blend of dunkelweizen and hefe. (090807)

500 ml bottle. From Germany. Hazy dark copper colour with small off-white head. Sweet apple juice aroma with metallic notes. Flavour is malty and also apple juicy. Not very Weizen-like. After all this beer in more like Dunkelweizen if Weizen at all.

Bottle, bought @ Ambrosetti, Berlin.
Pours nice, clear amber. Well, until I puored the yeast into it. Fizzy, bubbly, white head. Sweet aroma with some caraml, a touch of banana, some strawberry and a slight chemical edge to it. High, very lively carbonation, but still a fine, grainy mouthfeel. Flavour is definitely better than the aroma. Good banana, some sweet toffee-ish caramel, a touch of yeast and a fine dryness in the end with some grassy hops and dry chocolate. Quite fine actually.
