3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the brewpub. Slightly hazy yellow color. Head was white, but nearly non-existent. There was no lace on the glass at the end. Aroma was of banana, clove, and citrus. Flavor was similar with the addition of subdued malty caramel.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Small 2 ounce sample at the brewpub--see my place rating for you to realize why. Intense banana and clove aroma with lots of sweetness in the nose. Appropriate. Mildly hazy blonde-yellow color with a frothy white head. Banana-sweet start, turning bready, doughy, and biscuity in the middle. Light acidity in the finish. Well-done for the style.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
This beer is a fully hazy straw color and is topped by a wispy white head. The aroma is classic with notes of banana, and a bit of clove to back it up. The beer is quite smooth and dry up front, but quickly moves to a fairly sweet note that is a mix of banana, clove and a hint of lemon-like acidity. The finish is at first lightly acidic, but then gets a bit of bitterness and a bit of prickly carbonation on the tongue. There is definitely a certain spicy quality to this beer as well. This is certainly nice and quaffable, and is perhaps interesting enough to have again.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Had a fruit aroma. Body was couldy yellow with white head, some lacing. Got a banana flavor along with some spice that was a good balance. No lemon to needed for carbination which seems to be a big deal for me anyway. Put the lemon in the beer all you tasteis lemon. Might as well have a lemon aide then.
