This is a superb summer beer with a light barley malt character, accented by a liberal use of wheat malt in the recipe. The traditional Belgian Wit or White beer as it is known in the U.S. has low to medium hop bitterness and flavor. Orange peel, and coriander spices, along with a Belgian yeast strain gives this beer a distinctive light flavor that refreshes.
