Stroh’s Light is by far the best national brand light beer around. This one and Old Milwaukee Light are consistently rated as the best light beers in the country at the top beer festivals. Much more body and flavor than Bud Light, Miller Lite or Coors Light. Stroh’s Light is one of the best light beers you’ll find anywhere - honest. Just try it, I think most people would be very surprised.

For my college money...it doesn’t get much better than the sweet nectar that is Stroh’s Light.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 18/20
This is probably the best light beer around. It has the typical white trash skunk taste that I look forward to in a beer.

Stroh’s Light has a thick, stark-white head and a clear, slightly bubbly, golden appearance with even a bit of lacing left behind. The aroma is faint, with light, sweet grain. The flavor is similar- very standard light beer taste. Bitterness is practically nil. The mouthfeel is light and watery, and Stroh’s Light finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, dry, and highly drinkable. For a light beer it’s excellent. Overall pretty good. RJT

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Sampled from can. For the style, a light lager (American), this is the best I’ve had. Just for fun, I tried a parallel sample with a Bud Light. How anyone could chose a Bud Light over Stroh’s Light is beyond me. This is a very clean beer, but unlike many example of this style, there is a decent malt profile and a bit of hops. Unlike other reviewers, I noted no distinct adjunct flavors (dms). A good beer for what it is, but you still won’t catch me pounding many of these. Perfect campout fare.

overall, not bad considering its price. Low on aroma and flavor, this is cool.
