Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, dark roasted, yeast, chocolate, leather notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111030]

Pours pitch black with a medium foamy head. Aroma has notes of coffee, chocolate, slightly roasty malts and caramel. Taste is quite malty and salty with hints of roastiness, chocolate and even some spices. Finish is quite smooth and slightly bitter. Okay and easy to drink porter.

Sample @ SMÖF 2011. Pours pitch black with a small tanned head. Aroma is ashy, roasted malty, a bit caramel and fruity. Flavor is acidy, ashy, bitter, fruity, roasted malty and a bit sweet. Thin body. Finishes acidy, sweet, bitter and malty.

Sampled at SMÖF 2011. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Smells and tastes smoky malty and abit soy with a similar finish.

On tap at Oliver Twist. Black, thin creamy light beige head. Aroma of dark fruits, salty bitter chocolate, roasted malts. Flavour is light sweet, malty, roasted malts, salty, light tartness (intended?), grapes, chocolate, light salty tart and roasted bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Interesting beer.

Almost black with a small tan head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, coffee and bitter chocolate. Medium mouth feel with a long aftertaste. Pleasant one to drink.
