"Gammelman’s Bitter & Offended" is a little stronger and fuller than a typical British bitter but with a good balance between malt and hops. Goes very well with hard cheeses, a dollop of lard or a slice of smoked ham. We humiliate each brewing for three hours to maximise the bitterness from the hops.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Smell of green apples and some burned plastic. Smells like something went wrong with the fermentation. The taste is better with some caramel, green apples but I don’t get the plastic aroma.
