(Bottle, from Hemköp Marieberg, Stockholm) Dark brown colour with lasting beige head, leaving traces of lacing. Roasted, malty nose with notes of coffee, black rye bread, dark chocolate, raisins, liquorice and hints of smoke. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, roasted grain, black rye bread, liquorice, cocoa and a gentle roasty bitterness in the finish. Light body, mainly dry. Tasty and well made mild ale. Nice one.

Bottled, from Urban Deli Saluhall, Stockholm. Near black with creamy beige head. Spicy licorice aroma. Dry with light body and creamy mouthfeel. Some coffee with cream, mild but growing spicy bitterness. Very well crafted 3:5% beer.

Bottle from local grocery store sold as folköl and should be a dark mild. Lasting grey-brown head. Dark red-brown color. The aroma reminds me of milk-chocolate powder that has lots of sweetness and not so much chocolate taste. Sweet malty taste with some chocolate taste. Medium body and medium bitterness.

Linköping Beer Expo 2013. Very dark brown beer with a nice beige head. Roasted chocolate aroma, solvent notes, cocoa, fruity, some dark chocolate. Roasted chocolate flavor, cocoa, woody notes, floral, caramel, metal notes. Roasted chocolate finish with metal notes.

Clear dark brown color, tan head. Sweet, roasted, malty, some coffee scent. Coffee, roasted, bit metallic, malty taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.
Very decent lower alcohol beer!

Bottle (50 cl) from ICA Maxi, Mölndal, Sweden. Clear deep reddish brown, large medium beige head. Very pleasant roasted coffee aroma, with some dark berries and herbal hops. Light to medium bodied, medium bitterness. Semi dry, medium bitterness. Very tasty 3.5 % abv beer, a truly pleasant surprise.

500ml Bottle - Black with a small head. Chocolate, roasted malt, liquorice, coffee and some smoky hints in the aroma. Roasted, chocolatey and malty taste with notes of liquorice and smoked malt standing out. Very tasty and an awful lot of flavour for the strength. Strömsholms have probably the best range of fölköl and lättöl in the whole of Sweden.
