COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle at the flat in Stockholm. Pours lightly hazy, rich gold with a soft, white foam head. Lots of melon and touches of grapefruit in the nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with lovely, moderate bitterness of grapefruit and lemon. Some mild toast. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Modest ripe citrus to finish, some subtle rind, nice melon. A very solid low ABV beer. Nice hop character with mellowed sweetness.

Appearance: A hazy amber colored beer. A off-white head with some lacing and some curtains.
Taste: Tasting brown bread, orange marmalade, peel and grass.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a dry finish.
Overall: Very nice and clever for 3.5 %.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, big fluffy white head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, floral and and some mild nectary notes. Flavour is rather similar in a very pleasant balance. A very nice session low abv beer. Actually one of the best 3.5 % beers I have had.

Ar: Grass, straw, spiciness, bread, minerals, earthy hops, hint of vanilla, metallic. Ap: amber colour, big off-white head, lacing. F: metallic, spruce, medium bitterness, grapefruit, pine, earthy, grainy, bit short aftertaste. P: Lively carbonation, average mouthfeel. T: Once again a low alcohol from Strömsholms That impresses.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 8 Oct 2011) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief white head. Malty, fruity nose with dried apricots, orange peel and toast. Malty, fruity taste with notes of grainy malt, toast, orange, apricots and a nice citric bitterness in the finish. Light body, quite dry. Lots of taste for the fairly low abv. Nice and highly drinkable.

_angst_ (2352) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 19, 2012
500 ml bottle bought @ Ica Maxi Grafiska Vägen. Pours slightly hazy dark golden with a big frothy and fizzy off-white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some lacing on the glass. Smell is sweet, floral and tiny metallic with caramel, dark bread, lemon zest, grass and hints of yeasty dough. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter, floral and tiny metallic with caramel, grass, mandarin oranges, toffee, lemon zest, bread and hints of apricots and dried pineapple. Mouthfeel is slightly watery, round and light bodied. Finish is slightly sweet, bitter and floral with caramel, grass and lemon peal. Very nice considering the low alcohol.
