Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 27A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L4245056S. AROMA: distinctive artificial and sweet apple aroma. APPEARANCE: very pale yellow color and translucid. white head that instantly disappears. TASTE: extremely sweet and artificial apple flavour. finishes sweet. PALATE: thin body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: cider with an extremely sweet and artificial apple flavour.

"Meh. I dug the tartness of this cider but it was otherwise slightly sub par in every quantifiable aspect. Light apple sweetness and a little alcohol showing for such a light bodied brew. Likely a one timer."

This pours a clear, light amber color with a touch of carbonation. The aroma is sweet and full of apple flavors. The taste is sweet with apples but has an awkward, apple rind after taste. I find this new recipe a little less tasty than the old “US only” recipe.

Very pale, straw blonde. Good bottle, albeit clear. Smells of tart, crisp apples with a little vinegar. Sweet, not too appley. Light body, sweet aftertaste. Publix, down by I-10.

Bottle to pint. Looks decent; a transparent apple juice with white lacing that dissipates almost entirely. Smells like a cider made with golden delicious apples. Nothing special though. Tastes like it smells, but less pleasant. The golden is more of a copper and the delicious...well...isn’t delicious. Average (at best) on the palate. Drinkable but not enjoyable.

Far too sweet. Bring back the original dry recipe! This used to be my go to beverage. The new version is like the Boon’s farm we used to drink as when barely legal. I am now on a quest for a nice dry cider.

Apple flavor koolaid and corn syrup fermented in an old oil barrel for an months. Very foul drainpour that should be left on the vendor’s shelf and avoided at all costs. Calling this cider should be a criminal offense.

Aroma is nice and fresh with apples. Taste is light to moderate tartness and average sweetness. Pretty middle of the road, drinkable, not mind-blowing.

This crap is the "new coke" of cider. BRING BACK REAL STRONGBOW, English, dry, and delicious. This Americanized crap is only good for kids who like their cider to taste like syrup.

Too sweet. Tastes like a wine cooler. Ruined what was one of my "go to" cider choices. I’ll switch to Blackthorn instead.
