1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Highly effervescent; big bubbles, little bubbles, streams and adhesive bubbles, all types giving it an audible snap, crackle, pop effect. Translucent and a strained straw yellow in colour. Initial vinegary tingle to the aroma, wanes to reveal soft white cheese and a very subtle hint of pear drops. Sweet, teeth rattlingly so. No body, sticky feel though watery thin and stressed for flavour. Pear juice concentrate could be the only thing in there, light wood on the finish, crisp and clean after. Could be my shortest rating yet! (33cL, BB 23/02/14, Thirsty Camel Butler)

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Straw body, very clear with medium bubbles.
Not a great deal to the nose and body, hint of pear drop and chalky apple.
Dry and lean on the palate, drops away quickly.
Suppose it meets the criteria of being a pear cider, but not particularly interesting.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle - Pour pale yellow (almost clear). Not much of an aroma, very light pear. Very light taste, some pear. No real aftertaste. Great for a warm day!
