---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very much flavor in this beer. A good aftertaste that remains for a long time. A really good beer that you just have to drink. Incredibly good Easter beer.

Borrle from Systembolaget as Stronzo Påskebryg. Pours amber with a thick wheat induced foam head that never really goes away. A bit hazy but a looker. The aroma is sexy, yeast and hoppy citrus tones mixed, perhaps with some sweetness from malt in there. Lovely. Looking and smelling this beer makes you thirsty. The taste rewards you with a sweetish beer, again yeasty and citric tastes blends perfectly. The beer proves it is possible to use US and Kiwi citrussy hops without making a bitter hop bomb, why does not more brewers do that? It’s medium in body and it would have gotten another point in the overall rating if it hadn’t been for the half litre bottle, which makes no sense for a beer like this. This type of beer should be sold in 33cl bottles. Lovely.

Sold as Stronzo Påskebrygd 2013. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of mango, apricot, grass and thousand other fruits. Taste is dry with mango and apricot. The aroma is refreshing but the taste does not meet up to that. Its a bit abrupt and it misses something, however its very refreshing.

Riktigt bra.

500 ml bottle, labeled as Stronzo påskestronzo. Aroma of dry caramel, malt and some ashlike notes. Taste is fruity, lots of pineapple, orange, sweet and well balanced.

Ar: lots of hops, citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, resin, earthy, funky yeastiness, some basement aromas, spices, fruit candy and herbs. Ap: amber colour, big creamy off-white head, lacing. F: American hoppiness + Belgian yeast in this case they diminish each other, solid bitterness, grapefruit, resin, and some good Old Belgian funk, each component is lovely, but they clash in a way that’s hard to explain. Still it makes an interesting experience and is thus worthwhile. P: average. T: Interesting but with a split identity.
