Tap (SBWF2012)
Super fruity aroma, refreshing. Rich in the mouth, full and aromatic, but not full as in sticky, carbonation low. Pleasant grainy body, just a touch of yeast can get past the fruity hops that are there. Lovely finish, again fruity. totally totally apricoty, and nothing anyone else can say can sway me from that.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity along with some herbs and earth. Quite pleasantly farmyardy and earthy as well. Flavour is farmyard, some citrus, mild yeast and quite sweet. Kind of like a Saison meeting a tripel.

Draught at Copenhagen Ølfestival 2012. Golden to copper color. Honeyish and floral aroma with scent of hop vine. Vinous fruity taste with some phenols and flavor of fresh wet hops. Drying astringent mouthfeel with tannins. Pungent, but quite nice.

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2013 Draught at KØ12. Good caramelly aroma. Hazy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is citric, mildly sourish, probably from the hops. Good and refreshing. 7 3 7 3 17

Draught at KØ13. Mild hoppy aroma. Hazy dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is hoppy, slightly citric with a bready maltiness. Citric finish. Good mouthfeel. Has IPA hoppiness, but not much Belgian yeast as far as I can tell. 6 3 6 3 13

Pours a clear and golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt and hops with citrus, peach and grapefruit. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is bitterness. Overall this is a good beer.
