Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, riped fruit. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet fruit, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130112]

Cloudy golden color, white head. Sweet, apricots, fruity scent. Apricots, fruity, bitter taste. Dry, fruity finish. Touch of alcohol. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Bottle 33cl from FoneFan, thanks ! A very cloudy golden orange beer with good head. Nose is intense on fruit, honey and yeast. Aroma is veru honey like, fresh and sweet honey like, yeast touch, caramel, diacetyl note, light anise.

Bottle @ FOneFan, 7%. Unclear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, spices and hop. Flavour is malt, little sweet, yeast, hop, medium bitter and spices.

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, grass, malt and hops. Sweet finish.

En flaska från SB. Orange, dimmig vätska, kompakt småbubbligt vitt skum. Saisonjäst i doft men sina syrliga och unkna drag, plus fruktkompott på mango, aprikos och limezest. Fruktig, belgiska estrar, rejäl limeskalsbeska. Frisk, fruktig och besk i den ordningen och riktigt välgjord. Men första stronzo. Erkänner att jag varit skeptisk men är de så här godda så javisst!

Bottle. Pours bit hazy golden with a big bubbly white head. Seems heavily carbonated. The aroma is yeast, fruit, spices and some hops. The flavour is malt and yeast. Some fruit. Bitter finish. Extremely carbonated. Quite dry overall with a bit tart harsh feel.

En riktigt fin belgisk ale. Smak av mango, citrus, örter, persika och belgisk jäst. Saisonkänsla med bra skum och trevliga bubblor. Välbalanserad.
