Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of Stronzo. Pours a hazy amber with a creamy and slightly lacing off-white head. Subtle coffee aroma with a slightly tart edge. Medium body, dryish caramel notes combined with ashy, bitter coffee notes. As already suggested by Mikkeller coffee and Brett is not exactly a match made in heaven. 250213

JanLaursen (3025) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 25, 2013
Bottled, courtesy of Stronzo. Hazy amber with a dense off white head. Very odd, somehow intriguing aroma - woody, smooth coffeeish, heavy herbal. Flavor is vanillas-cented coffee, chocolate, dark bread and then again these strong herbal notes. Medium to full body, dry almost woody finish. Brett is difficult to detect. Odd, but interesting. Might work wonders when the Brett sets in.
