3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
A beautiful amber colour, little head scatters the top. very fruity nose, summer fruits, and citrus. great balance and citrus palate, and smooth finish, it could do with being longer, the hoppiness, just falls flat after a few seconds, and the malts shine. (i am definitely more of a hoppy person than malts, but i do appreciate the style).

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
500ml bottle: obtained from a Wye Vale Garden Centre and poured into an ’Old Speckled Hen’ badged pint vase on 1st Feb 2015. Good looking brew, clean and clear amber body the head being a cream coloured affair. Malts lead the way with semi-sweet toffee and caramel evident in both the aromas and taste. Hints of nuts and dark fruits in the flavour which helped to stop the sweetness running away with the brew. All in all, not bad at all.
