Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, spices, coriander, ginger ! Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (151207)

Dec 25, 2007 33 cL bottle, Kerstbierfestival 2007 in Essen/Belgium. Pours copper golden and clear with a huge off-white head. Malty aroma, almost slight chemical/plastic. Flavour is dry malty with a slight yeasty spice note on top. Quite simple yet decent to nice. Finish is slight soapy.

Dec 19, 2007 Bottled@Kerstbierfestival, Essen. Deep golden amber colour with small white head. Juniper, treenails and some spices in aroma. Similar flavour. Seems like a very experimental brew, that may need some more time to develop.

Dec 17, 2007 Bottle Kerstbierfestival 2007: Poured a hazy blonde with a jello white head. The aroma is spicy ginger and coriander. The taste was sweet sugary with a cereal taste as well. Not bad, but not note worthy either.
