On draft at The Boilermaker.
Pours a slightly cloudy, pale golden amber color with golden straw yellow edges and a two finger head that quickly settles into a thick lasting cap. Chunks of lace left behind.
Slightly earthy, grassy aroma with Belgian yeast and caramel malt notes. A touch floral with light fruit along with hints of pine, toffee, rye and caramel.
Medium bodied but a bit fuller than expected with a nice balance of earthy hops, estery Belgian yeast and sweet malt notes. Subtle dry bitterness from the grassy, piney hops countered by hints of tangerine and grapefruit before finishing with some caramel malt sweetness. Really clean and easy to drink but not light or watered down. Well balanced and flavorful.

Draft. Hazy golden color, large tan head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of apricots, peaches, red wine, subtle lemon. Taste is smooth peaches in white wine. Very nice.

On tap at Farmers, pours copper red. Aromas/Taste of cinnamon apple, bready yeast, caramel, hops. Not bada little weak on the booze and bland on the flavor.

At draft at farmers cabinet with inny during PBW. POurs a golden body with white lacing. Aroma is fresh hops, citrus. Mouthfeel is slick with notes of sweet malts, sugary flavors, honey, grass hops and bitterness.

Tap at Cabinet Artisanal. Clear amber pour. Medium foam. Toasted malt and even muted bourbon in the nose (?). Taste is heavier, malty, not really hoppy at all. Nose devolves to raw wort character. Maybe honey malt and a touch of DMS. Taste is sticky, honey, herbal. Dry in the palate. Chewy. Too much wort character. I’d toss out the crystal and special B unfermentables.
