Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent dark orange with thin off-white lacing. Smells of bitter hops and a touch of unaversive soapiness. Tastes like it smells, but less robust. Average on the palate. Alright.

Best before 30/11/2014 Pours cloudy amber with some foam. Nose is very hoppy, donít really get much else. Taste wise I didnít get much bitterness at first but thereís a lingering taste in the end.

On tap @ Henrik, Bergen. Pours dark golden orange with a small creamy head. Aroma is tropical hops with passion fruit and strawberries. Creamy body with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter with pine and grapefruit, as well as sweet apricots and lychee and a long bitter citrusy finish.

Draft at Ei8ht Ball. Pours a hazy dark golden /amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have some sweet malts, citrus and tropical fruit hops, some resiny hops, strong bitterness through the finish. I like this because it has what I would expect an imperial/double ipa to have ;ample hop character, big malt base with a strong bitterness to the finish.

Draft. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy sour citrus hop aroma. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Medium to abundant body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate alcohol bite at the finish. Good brew that exceeded my expectations.

Snifter on tap at Neonís, for $10. Mostly hazy red orange color. Little off-white head, no lace sticks. Bigger body. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation, more dry finish. Big bitter taste, relatively little sweet. Lots of tropical fruity hop flavor. Some piney resiny hop. Light belgian candy sugar. Interesting, assertive, extreme stuff. Not $10 good, but Iím glad I tried it, itís $10 interesting.. Pretty much what Iíd expect from a 3F / Struise DIPA collab

@ Schoolke Vleteren. Aroma of yeast, hops. Starts sweet but comes in bitter quite fast and quite heavily, I like it.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, dark amber colour with a beige and short foamy head. Yeasty, slightly biscuity malty aroma with resiny, spicy, mildly fruity and slightly sweaty hops. Moderately sweet flavour with a bitter counterpart, surprisingly medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Biscuity and slightly juicy (cara-)malty taste with loads of drying, spicy and resiny hops, accompanied by mildly fruity, peachy spots; bitter-sweet rounded malty and resiny spicy hoppy finish. Well-crafted brew. 04.XI.13
