Bottle at Toncatchers T3. Pours a pink color with no head. The aroma is funky sour cherries. The flavor is sour/tart cherries with a good malty backbone and a bit of lactic. The palates was silky smooth with some acidity. The finish was long and sour. Overall: A very nice sour. Thanks to Wee heavy for bringing this.

Dammit,(2500th hundred rating, hell yeah, 2.5 beer god, rock out rock, out, I am rocking!) I thought rating 17 of this beer would be from an American rater, yet someone has rated it I bet he though not likely /she has lived in Europe for a while but forgot to change their locale. This alright is very good. Dammit I was ready for this but I went to the pour, it is a gusher, a big old gusher for a damn small bottle, i’m sad for what was lost. Pours pinkish red, with a thin tan ring. Taste is tart cherry, very nice. I like this despite the fruit beer with some sourness i faced in this beer. Nose is sweet cherry some tartness. good and bad, thanks Capedbrewsader for saving the day.

Bottle at Pre-ZBF. Wow. Really pleasant and interesting beer. Soft, tart, wild cherry nose. Flavor is not quite sour, more like softly tart, with a tasty cherry-stem nuttiness that carries long into the aftertaste. Really damned nice.

Bottle. Ruby red color. Soft cherry, cherry pits and marzipan aroma. Moderately sour flavor, with some cherries. Some lemon and the slightest touch of brett. Surprisingly short aftertaste. Seems a bit too young. Nevertheless a fine beer.

Bottle at the Alvinne pre Zythos event 09. Possibly my favourite beer label of all time. I love Rene Magritte. Lovely real cherries with some sourness and a cutting Brett yeast. Beautiful really. Lovely stingy tingling finish, but the mouthful of cherry fruit completely stuns me. This is heaven. Yummy.

Bottle. Good cherry aroma. The flavour is nice cherryish with a good citric, lactic note to balance. Hazy dark red colour. Small light pink head. Good lactic aftertaste.

Bottle PZF & PZT. Wow! Pours Pink Pink and More Pink. Aroma :Full ripe cherries, creme fraise, tart with some funk. Flavour: full bold and deep in cherry characters slight lactic acid but very moreish as it is not overlly sweet. Prefer this to normal Kerasus as the flavour is much bolder and fuller in body.
4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 17thfloor (2403) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 13, 2009
Rating #10. Consumed many many times over a week period. This one scores huge points for drinkability. Pours a murky dark pink/purple with a wonderful pink fizzy head. Strong black and ripe red cherry aroma, tart and sour with a moderate acidity, hint of yogurt. Having tried both base beers its easy to see what each contributes. Flavor is mostly cherry complimented by tart tangy lemon, like cherry-lemonade, slightly funky with hints of yeast. Not too tart that one can’t drink it without puckering, but just sour enough to be extremely tasty. With age this should dry out a bit and become more sour, however, its quite good as it is now. Medium/light bodied with crisp soda carbonation, not syrupy at all. Great artwork by Beejay Oslon.
